ELTON JOHN 50th Anniversary Capitan Fantastic

There are albums that simply refuse to age, masterpieces that capture a moment in time with such brilliance that they still sound fresh decades later. To celebrate five decades of one of the most badass musical autobiographies in history, the playlist ELTON JOHN 50th Anniversary Capitan Fantastic is a true treat. With 27 songs and roughly 2 hours of runtime, this exclusive curation immerses you in the universe of Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy.

The Original Album: The Story of a Journey to Stardom

At the heart of this list are the remastered recordings that tell the story of Elton John's early years alongside his inseparable lyricist Bernie Taupin. From the very first moment, the production pulls you in with the magic of Captain Fantastic And The Brown Dirt Cowboy and the vocal intensity of Tower Of Babel.

Of course, there's no missing the monumental, emotional milestone that is Someone Saved My Life Tonight, a nearly seven-minute track that gives you goosebumps, paired with the pure emotion of We All Fall In Love Sometimes and Curtains. It's a concept album that demands to be heard from start to finish.

Rarities, Acoustic Demos, and the Power of Live Performance

What turns this collection into an invaluable treasure for die-hard fans is the bonus material. The curation treats us to 2025 remastered versions of absolute anthems that weren't part of the original album, like the brilliant Philadelphia Freedom and the psychedelic cover of Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds.

For a peek behind the scenes, the list includes incredible "Session Demos" where you can hear the bare-bones piano-and-voice mockups. And as the cherry on top, the final block transports you to 2005 with the overwhelming energy of Captain Fantastic Live, proving that Sir Elton's talent on stage is simply legendary.
