Pop en Español 2000 AL 2009 ✅

505 songs that were the soundtrack of the 2000s

Get ready for the ultimate nostalgia trip. Pop en Español 2000 AL 2009 ✅ is a time capsule with 505 songs and over 24 hours of the hits that played on the radio, in telenovelas and at every party of the 2000s. This 2000s Spanish pop playlist covers the entire decade, and with 288 saves, it's already a favorite among those who grew up with these songs. ✅

Curated by Lalo Diener ✔︎, the collection travels through Mexican, Spanish and Latin pop from the whole decade, from the ballads you knew by heart to the pop anthems that marked an entire generation. More than a full day of pure nostalgia.

The anthems that defined the decade

Here are the tracks we all sang along to. Juanes shines with "A Dios Le Pido" and "Me Enamora", along with the unforgettable duets by Sin Bandera ("Mientes Tan Bien", "Que Lloro"), and the power of Enrique Iglesias with "Héroe". Also included are "Fotografía" by Nelly Furtado and Juanes, "Sin miedo a nada" by Alex Ubago and Amaia Montero, and "Corre" by Bebe.

It's impossible to talk about the 2000s without La Oreja de Van Gogh ("Muñeca de Trapo", "Dulce Locura"), the magic of Julieta Venegas with "Limón y Sal" and "Me Voy", and of course the RBD phenomenon, present with anthems like "Celestial" and "Sálvame". Pure memories in every track. 🎶

From romantic pop to the youth phenomenon of the 2000s

What makes this playlist so great is how it captures an entire era. Pop ballads reign with Reik ("Noviembre Sin Ti", "Me Duele Amarte"), Yuridia ("Como Yo Te Amo", "Si No Te Hubieras Ido"), La Quinta Estación ("Sueños Rotos") and Camila, while the more upbeat, party side comes courtesy of Belinda, Paulina Rubio, Fey, Miranda! and Kalimba.

And of course, the great voices that never go out of style are here too: Thalía, Chayanne, Ricky Martin, Alejandro Fernández, Ricardo Arjona, Ana Torroja, Miguel Bosé (with his Papito album) and Laura Pausini. It's literally 2000s pop radio in a single playlist. 💿
