SUPER HITS Decade 2020 ✅

the soundtrack of the decade we're living in

While other playlists look to the past with nostalgia, this one lives in the present. SUPER HITS Decade 2020 ✅ is the real-time musical chronicle of our decade: it covers 2020 to 2029 and brings together every year's biggest hits in English, with 641 songs and over 24 hours that keep on growing. It's a living playlist that Lalo Diener updates as the decade unfolds and new anthems keep appearing.

With 59 saves and counting, here you'll find both the viral phenomena of the moment and the ballads and dance tracks that are defining the sound of the 2020s. If you want to stay current without chasing every new release, this is your playlist.

From viral phenomenon to timeless pop: the sounds of the 2020s

The decade has been defined by a borderless mix, and the playlist reflects that. Bright, bold pop rules with Sabrina Carpenter (Espresso, Feather), Chappell Roan (Good Luck, Babe!) and Addison Rae (Fame is a Gun), while the new wave of male voices shines with Benson Boone (Beautiful Things), sombr (back to friends, undressed) and Djo (End of Beginning), true phenomena of the decade.

There's no shortage of contemporary R&B and hip-hop with SZA (Kill Bill), Doja Cat, The Weeknd (Double Fantasy) and Beyoncé (AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM), nor the great crossover moments like Die With A Smile by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars or the global phenomenon Golden by KPop Demon Hunters. That ability to embrace the viral, the indie and the mainstream all at once is what makes this selection so current.

The stars defining the decade

The lineup is a portrait of today's pop. Alongside the names already mentioned, the playlist makes room for several appearances by artists setting the pace of the 2020s: Jimin and BTS (Like Crazy, Take Two), Bebe Rexha (Satellite, Call on Me), Lewis Capaldi (Wish You The Best), the renewed Jonas Brothers (Summer Baby, Waffle House) and the duo Crash Adams (Destination, Caroline).

Established divas also coexist here —Billie Eilish (BIRDS OF A FEATHER), Miley Cyrus (Jaded), Lana Del Rey, Kali Uchis— alongside fresh names like Gracie Abrams, RAYE (Escapism.), Tommy Richman (MILLION DOLLAR BABY) and Hozier (Too Sweet). It's the fullest picture of the musical moment we're living in.
